lol now I would sign that :-) although to 'fit' I think that it should be only eternal shields that carry it (along with vs dark dmg), while shadow shields should carry something versus holy/light damage :-)

Don't forget how greater conflag makes all your physical resistance worthless, as the physical damage becomes elemental damage.

To those that are saying a rollback would be better, I disagree. I think the 'nerf' is a good thing. It adds a new element (no pun intended) to warriors. I mean, it wouldn't be that terrible to have another shield to switch to in your inventory.

I like the idea.

"Signet of Approval"

Though I much more prefer the "bitch until A.net changes it back because it was a friggin stupid change in the first place." plan.

Whatever works, I want my elemental resistance back.

P.S. to the "deal with it" people.

No, go to hell.

I'd prefer the "Take the update back" plan also. Silly on ANet's behalf, in my honest opinion... I mean, the warrior's weren't exactly overpowered before the update... And what about defence against hexes? A Mesmer can give a warrior a run for his money anyday.

The update balanced warriors nicely against elementalists, in my opinion.

One elementalist skill that is spammable can shut down a warrior completely pre-nerf. Gee, post nerf warriors sure are balanced against eles now!

Agreed, ANet/NCSoft just keeps screwing up the game more and more. They screwed over absorbtion runes too.

It balances out the game alot more now that you don't need a penetrating attack or armor ignoring mesmer/necro/smite skill to kill a warrior.
Warriors > Rangers in what respect? If you mean the ability to kill then you should try and kill 1 with Cripshot, Conditions, Distracting Shot, Whirling Defences or Traps. A pet alone can kill a warrior if he's not expecting it (and the pet actually responds to skills).

As for the point of this thread. Just no. If you care so much that you need extra defence against elemental damage, perhaps you should get an alternate weapon with +7 armour vs ele. Oh wait... none of you seemed to care about the +AL mods before this update. Then again who did care about those sort of mods... does +2 AL really make that much of a difference...

Secondrei, is that more whinging about Blinding Flash i hear? I forgot, if a warrior can't take it solo its unbalanced. How about you go W/Me and cast Diversion on them
